Since 1997, EPSS central has conducted the annual Performance Centered Design (PCD) Awards to showcase innovative performance support solutions and extraordinary tools. The talk covered in the links below provides an overview of the trends in EPSS/PCD that have emerged since the Awards' inception, and showcases the 2004 PCD Award recipients - the latest and greatest performance-centered solutions and tools. We will explore current business and organizational needs, technical needs, available protocol, development lifecycles, and how these solutions and tools address performance in this context.
