The PCD Awards have been presented since 1997 to promote recognition for designers, their organizations and clients, their software, and their business sponsors, and are featured on www.epsscentral.info. The Awards are judged by an independent panel of PCD practitioners.

These extraordinary EPSS and PCD solutions and tools foster business improvement and human performance by immediately establishing goals, supporting users through best practices, facilitating the proper flow of work, minimizing translation, and providing immediate access to supporting content at the time of need. “This year the PCD Award winners have raised the bar substantially in terms of providing tools for developing and managing intrinsic, embedded support, and solutions that result in clear, measurable improvement in business and human performance metrics, “ says Gary Dickelman, President and CEO of EPSScentral. “We now see a departure from conventional learning-oriented, external or extrinsic EPSS to significant advances in business process improvement and the need to reduce process complexity,” added Dickelman.

The 2004 PCD Awards will be presented at 9:45 AM on Tuesday, October 12, 2004, at the Mascone Center, San Francisco, in conjunction with the Training/Online Learning Conference and Expo.
